Sea Cameo

19½" x 28" Seahorses are enchanting. This oval quilt is a result of my playing with fabric paints and thread embellishment to enhance the sensuous curves of a seahorse and the undulating water. The shadow of a sea nymph is inspired by Susan Seddon Boulet's Animal Spirits cards.
